Field Trip

Here is a list of items the students have brainstormed as suggestions for tomorrow's field trip please pack what you feel necessary: 
- water bottle 
- sunscreen 
- bug spray
- hat
- running shoes (not flip flops)
- lunch 
- sunglasses
- money (optional- there is a store and restaurants. The students suggested we put optional.)


Mr. Lee and I have discussed that we will not be bringing the school iPads for each group. The teachers will be bringing our own devices and taking many pictures. We will upload the pictures to Google Drive and share them with all the students if they need them for their projects. Some students have asked if it is possible that they bring their own electronics on the trip. This is up to you whether or not your child brings their electronic device. The purpose of the electronic devices is for taking pictures and writing notes, not playing games. 

Transportation
We will be leaving the school at 9:30am. We have a bus that will drive us to and from Upper Canada Village. We do not have enough room on the bus for all parents and students. 

Many parents will be driving to Upper Canada Village. If you wish you may drive your child or they are welcome to come on the bus. 

If you are taking your child home at the end of the day please let your child's teacher know for attendance purposes. 

If your child is being picked up from the school at 6:30pm or being driven home by another parent please provide a note explaining the driving situation. If your child says they are to be driven home by someone else and there is no note your child will be going on the bus. 

We would like everyone to meet back at the bus at 4:45pm to take attendance. We aim to leave at 5:00pm in order to return to school by 6:30pm.
