Descriptive Writing

Congratulations to the grade 3 students. Your jack-o-lantern writing was fantastic. It was very difficult to choose a winner. So, I chose 3! Congratulation to the three winners. 

A special thank you to Mr. Kealey, as usual, his artistic skills are extraordinary. 

The grade 3s wrote a descriptive paragraph or two about what they would like their jack-o-lantern to look like. We talked about writing with descriptive words so that our audience can visualize our writing. Mr. Kealey took home the three pieces of writing and carved their pumpkins based on their writing.
